Michael Miller

Founder & Head of Creative Services

Miller has built an impressive track record over his 20+ year career, developing award winning creative and digital experiences for some of the world’s top companies including Delta Airlines, Jeep, Citi, Adobe, Southwest Airlines, Apple, Lucasfilm, AT&T, Nike and Etihad Airways.

Prior to founding Consiglieri, Miller was the Vice President of Marketing at T-Mobile where he founded their internal agency & TMO studios, and led the modernization of the brand’s marketing, creative and digital operation. Miller also architected T-Mobile’s industry leading social organization.

Miller was the SVP Executive Creative Director at Publicis | Razorfish for 12 years prior, leading global, digital transformation for some of the largest brands in the world.

Tiffany Holland

Founder & Head of Marketing Strategy

Tiffany Holland’s 20 years of experience in strategic marketing is defined by a passion for digital transformation. Tiffany thrives in uncharted territory, launching new business initiatives, reaching new audiences, restructuring marketing investments, establishing operational excellence, and building inclusive and scalable teams for top brands.

Leading successful digital teams for T-Mobile, Nordstrom, Volkswagen, and Subaru and now drives client-facing marketing strategy at Consiglieri and builds growth-oriented operational models for world-leading companies like Google, Adobe, and Microsoft.

Chris Noble

Founder & Head of Operations

Chris Noble is a seasoned marketing professional with an ability to blend management, strategy, and collaboration to drive his teams towards success. At Consiglieri, his mission is to modernize marketing within large organizations by prioritizing essential strategies over outdated practices.

Prior to his role at Consiglieri, Chris served as the managing director for T-Mobile's internal content and creative studio, where he played a key role in putting social and digital first in T-Mobile's communications. Chris has also managed renowned brands (Southwest Airlines, Lowe’s, Domino’s Pizza, Texas Lottery, Heinz Ketchup, Major League Baseball) at top agencies like Razorfish, LatinWorks, and Cramer-Krasselt.

Kelsey Brogan

Head of Process & Program Management

Kelsey has 15+ years experience at top brands and agencies designing and implementing evolved operational models and structures. You will never meet someone more passionate about process in support of creativity, or more obsessed with finding efficiencies. Her unique background of project, account and production experience also led her to executive leadership roles at MarTech companies, designing the very tools she now helps brands to implement.

Prior to joining Consiglieri, Kelsey was the Vice President of Product at Opal helping to guide their workflow design. She was also a leader at Workfront helping their acquisition & transition to Adobe. Kelsey designed T-Mobile’s revolutionary operating model that enables the Telecom giant’s unmatched content velocity & efficiency. She also worked many years at Publicis and ran her own marketing operations agency.

Brad White

Head of Gen AI & Marketing Innovation

Brad is an experienced digital strategist with a deep-rooted passion for blending culture, technology, and media. His career, underpinned by a strong foundation in screenwriting and communications, is marked by impactful roles in global social media strategy and digital outreach.

Prior to Consiglieri, Brad notably enhanced digital engagement at Slalom and HTC and led impactful digital strategy initiatives at King County and the International Living Future Institute.

Jen Mac

Head of Communications & Managed Services

Jen Mac is an accomplished marketing and communications leader who has consistently guided executives and organizations to achieve remarkable results. Seamlessly navigating through various industries, from Meijer to Eddie Bauer to T-Mobile, and now Consiglieri, Jen has a passion for working across disciplines to accelerate internal and external communications and lead multi-functional teams.

At Consiglieri, Jen's expertise extends beyond traditional marketing functions, driving internal initiatives, overseeing communications, and collaborating with creative teams to execute impactful content for both internal and client projects, all while managing our client staff support programs.

Kelly Atencio

Group Account Director

Kelly is a forward-thinking advertising and marketing professional with 14 years of experience in steering integrated marketing campaigns for iconic brands spanning the US General Market, Hispanic, and International Markets. Her passion lies in assisting top brands and agencies implement effective creative workflows and strategies, all while safeguarding creative integrity. Throughout her career, she has been a pivotal force in shaping the success narratives of major players such as Taco Bell, Mountain Dew, Bud Light, Sprint, Capital One, and Lowe’s.

As a key leader at Consiglieri, Kelly brings a wealth of experience to the forefront, specializing in agency evaluation, creative operations, and establishing meaningful connections with the industry’s best creative shops and production houses. She is committed to providing invaluable guidance, ensuring a clear and achievable path for bringing exceptional creative to the market.
